Measures 9-inch height by 22-inch width 22-inch depth.SEASONING THE CREPEThe seasoning process will last about 1 to 1½ hours.Seasoning is an important step to prepare the surface for anatural nonstick finish. It makes removal of the crêpes easierand reduces bubbling when batter is applied and spread.1. There is a protective coating on the cooking surface. Scrubthe surface with steel wool and detergent to remove thecoating and pre-clean prior to the seasoning process.2. Plug unit into outlet in a well-ventilated area.3. Switch on the appliance and set to 570°F. Allow to heat untilgreen READY light is lit.4. Pour about a tablespoon of corn or peanut oil suitable forfrying in the center of the cooking surface. Using a cottoncloth or paper towel (synthetic materials will adhere to thesurface), spread the oil evenly and let cook for 5 to 10minutes until the surface loses its initial sheen andappears dry.5. Repeat step 4 eight times, burnishing the surface with thetowel and decreasing the amount of oil used each time untila deep amber color and smooth, non-tacky surface aredeveloped. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCEThe Waring™ Commercial Crêpe Maker should be cleaned aftereach use with warm soapy water. The exterior of unit may becleaned by carefully wiping with a damp cloth.Clean cooking surface while the unit is warm, using warm soapywater.
