Product Description GRK's Low Profile Cabinet Screws are engineered for professional-grade cabinet construction, trim work, and light-duty framing applications. These screws deliver quick and secure installation with superior holding power. The Star Drive Recess with 6 points of contact prevents stripping and cam-outs, while the innovative Zip-Tip technology eliminates pre-drilling on fasteners 1-1/4" and longer, saving time and reducing installation costs. The W-Cut design reduces torque for faster, easier driving, and the washer head creates a flush, clean installation with professional appearance. Also available in white for color-matching. For cedar, redwood, and naturally-protected woods, GRK recommends stainless steel fasteners. From the Manufacturer GRK Cabinet screws have a patented design for specific use in cabinet construction and installation. Cabinet screws are manufactured in a #8 gauge (4mm) diameter. These screws are thin enough to prevent most material splitting, while providing sufficient strength to guarantee a secure installation. The washer head design presses flush against any material surface. Some builders even use the GRK Cabinet screws in vinyl siding installation.
