• 霍山米斛是九大仙草之首，又俗称“救命仙草”，其干燥茎（霍枫斗）和鲜斛均可入药。 《本草纲目》记载：石斛甘平无毒。 主治伤中，除痹下气，补五脏虚劳赢瘦，强阴益精，久服厚肠胃，补内绝不足，平胃气，长肌肉，逐皮肤邪热痱气，脚膝疼冷痹弱。
